Until I can get paid for crafting, I have to hold onto my non-crafty 9-to-5 job. But like any good craftoholic, I constantly think about all the crafts I could be making. That’s what dream are for, right?
Here are Thirteen Things a Craftoholic Thinks While at Work:
#1: I wonder if I would get in trouble if I knitted here?
#3: (While looking at Pinterest) I wish I was in my craft room instead of at this desk!
#4: Oops, I turned my mouse pad into a doodle pad! Our logo looks better with hearts anyway!
#5: I wonder if I would have enough time at lunch to craft?
#6: That’s so cool, I can make a koala with shapes on PowerPoint.
#7: I hope my cat isn’t getting into my yarn again.
#8: It’s so cold…I could make cute hand warmers to keep here!
#9: Coloring is a de-stresser, right?
#10: I could go to the Goodwill Outlet at lunch and see if there are any good items waiting to be repurposed!
#11: I could bring some clay here as a de-stresser and take it home once I’ve created something.
#12: I think my cubicle needs some color. I bet JoAnns has some inexpensive scrap fabric I could use to cover this boring beige!!
#13: I need to make a list of all the great projects that come to mind when I’m here!
Needless to say, I have a very boring job, lol. Do any of you fellow craftoholics “fantasize” about crafting while you’re at work? Do you plan out future projects? Do you sneak any crafts into work or do them on your break? Inquiring minds want to know!
