I saw the most ridiculous commercial the other day for those foot sander things trying to market them as a great Mother’s Day gift idea. Umm…no. That’s not a gift, that’s an unspoken hint that you have crusty feet. You want to get your mom/ wife/ grandmother a gift that will bring them happiness and joy, not a complex and foot sand. Luckily I’m here to help with our Mother’s Day Giveaway & Gift Guide. Just a head’s up, this is a crafty website, so these gift ideas are definitely geared towards those crafty ladies in your life.

Ironing stuff onto t-shirts and other items is all the rage right now, but I honestly think it’s because it has become so much easier to do, thanks to these wonderful tools created by Cricut and other great companies. At this point, all you need is an outlet to plug machines in and you can be cranking out shirts in less than 20 minutes. Seriously, how awesome is that!?
Mother’s Day Giveaway & Gift Guide
Hey, I Can Follow Instructions:
Not everyone can hit the ground running in full Martha mode and Cricut realized that. They’ve created the most beautiful collection of ready-to iron-on artwork that anyone who can operate an iron can use. That’s right. No computer or cutting machine required! Be sure to scroll through to see all of the other super cute designs.
We’re Gonna Need a Bigger Iron:
Once they catch the bug for creating their own iron-on goodies, they’ll be needing one of Cricut’s greatest creations, the Easy Press. Think of it as a giant square iron. But this is no simple iron, you can set the exact temperature and timing for your specific materials. And unlike a giant professional heat press, this puppy is far easy to store out of the way when not in use. You’ll also want to grab the mat that goes under it to help heat the materials from both sides and protect your tables surfaces.
No, this doesn’t count as just getting her an iron. Promise.
I’m a T-shirt Designer Now:
For those who’d blow through all of those premade designs in two weeks and feel the burning desire to design their own t-shirts, we have the machines and supplies for you! The new Cricut Maker is at the top of my list as my most wanted item for Mother’s Day, birthday, Christmas, Groundhog Day, whatever. I want it. I need it. Okay, mostly I just really want it, but that special mom figure in your life deserves this incredible machine, too. She gave you life and has been there for you ever since. She deserves a Cricut Maker. But if you get her that, she’ll definitely need a few other items to help her along. If you give a crafter a Maker, they’re gonna want some supplies…
Cricut Maker: 399.99 (Shhh…it’s worth it.)
So be generous and thoughtful this Mother’s Day and get your crafty mom what she really wants, a t-shirt crafting empire. Okay, maybe not an empire, but she will love to custom make just about anything she wants. Trust me on this. If she gets an Easy Press or Maker, she will be over the moon happy with you for the rest of the year! (Or month) So enter our giveaway below and maybe you can win and use some of that cash to help pay! Good luck!
