Would you be surprised if I told you I found this cute St. Pats Day banner in Target’s Bullseye’s Playground section? No? Good! I couldn’t resist picking this up, but as great as the price is ($3), it seemed a little on the bland side for my tastes. Are you thinking it needs glitter? Me, too! I also didn’t want to keep the rustic jute cording for the string, so naturally I had to use gold ribbon to finish off this Glittered St. Pats Day Banner. How could I not? I used the same green glitter paint I used on the Glittered Easter Egg Decoration, but for the gold paint, I added a gob of fine, gold glitter. If you can’t find this banner kit, you could easily cut letters out of felt sheets and punch holes.
